Orders

Our processing time is 1-5 business days, depending on our order volume. Note that processing time is the time it takes from when we received the order, and until it leaves our warehouse.

We always strive to get orders out within 24 hours.

Holidays do not count as a business day.

You will get an email with an order ID number shortly after the order is placed.

We currently only ship within the U.S.

 

Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened, undamaged items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of an error on our end (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

All returns may be subject to up to a 50% restocking fee.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Standard Shipping rates are Free.

We offer free shipping through USPS. Our system will shop all the available rates in your area and provide you with the best possible route.

You will get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Preorder

We expect preorder items to be made available in three (3) to eight (8) weeks after you place your order.
