ANALEPTIK Ambassador Program Terms & Agreement

This Ambassador Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by ANALEPTIK, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our”) and the individual or entity applying to participate in the Analeptik Ambassador Program (“Ambassador,” “you,” “your”).
By joining our program, you agree to the following terms:
1. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older to participate.
- You must provide accurate personal and payment information.
- We reserve the right to approve or deny applications at our discretion.
2. Ambassador Role
- Ambassadors act as independent contractors, not employees of ANALEPTIK, LLC.
- Your role is to authentically share our products and recovery philosophy with your audience (clients, followers, or community).
- You agree not to make false, misleading, or unapproved claims about our products.
3. Free Product & Testing
- Ambassadors may receive a free Recovery Stack or other products to test and review after first pay-out.
- Acceptance of free product does not create any obligation to post or promote if you do not trust or believe in the product.
4. Referral Links & Tracking
- Each ambassador will receive a unique referral link or code to track sales.
- You will earn commission only on sales made through your referral link & code.
- Self-referrals are not allowed and will not be paid out.
5. Commissions & Payouts
- Standard commission rate: 10% of net sales.

Weekly payouts will be made every Friday.
- Minimum payout threshold: $50.
- Orders that are refunded or canceled will not generate commission.
6. Payment Method
- Payments will be made via PayPal, bank transfer, or other updated methods.
- You are responsible for providing accurate payment details.
7. Content & Brand Guidelines
- Ambassadors are encouraged to share authentic experiences with Analeptik products.
- Do not alter, repackage, or misrepresent our products.
- Use of offensive, discriminatory, or harmful content in promotions is strictly prohibited.
- We reserve the right to request removal of content that misrepresents the brand.
8. Disclosure & Compliance
- Ambassadors must comply with FTC guidelines by clearly disclosing the partnership (e.g., #ad, #sponsored #ambassador, or “I earn a commission if you purchase”).
- You are responsible for following all applicable laws in your region.
9. Termination
- Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause.
- Upon termination, unpaid commissions above the threshold will be paid on the next payout date.
- You must immediately stop using referral links, codes, or branded assets after termination.
10. Intellectual Property
- All logos, branding, and marketing materials remain property of ANALEPTIK, LLC.
- Ambassadors are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these assets for promotion only.
11. Independent Contractor Relationship
- Nothing in this Agreement creates an employer-employee relationship.
- You are solely responsible for your own taxes, expenses, and compliance.
12. Limitation of Liability
- ANALEPTIK, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from this program.
- Our total liability will not exceed the total commissions paid to you under this Agreement.
13. Governing Law
- This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state of North Carolina.
14. Entire Agreement
- This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements.
Acceptance
By applying to and participating in the Analeptik Ambassador Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
